About

A company runs on people,
tools and agents that each see a fragment.

Memnox exists to close that gap. It connects the humans, applications, departments and AI agents in an organization into one continuously updated understanding of the business, so every decision is made against the same operational reality.

The problem we started from

Slack, GitHub, the CRM, finance, support and every AI assistant hold a separate piece of the same company. Nobody holds the whole, so work gets duplicated, decisions conflict, approvals are missed and handoffs break. Adding another AI agent to that makes it worse, because it arrives knowing none of it.

What we are building

One shared understanding of the organization: goals, ownership, approval chains, policies, customer relationships, priorities, dependencies and the decisions already made. Every person and every agent reads from it, and it keeps work moving. A signed contract fans out into billing, engineering, onboarding, marketing and the notifications leadership needs, without anybody chasing it.

Humans stay in control

Autonomy without accountability is not something a business can adopt. Consequential actions run against the policies and approval chains the organization itself defines, and every action stays traceable to the decision that triggered it. Enforcement starts in monitor mode, so a rule is watched before it is allowed to bite.

What we hold to

Understanding before automation

Nothing acts on an organization it has not read. Entities are built from real events, and each one carries where it came from.

Nothing unattributable

Every decision, action and refusal names its source. If it cannot be traced, it does not belong in the record.

The open runtime

The runtime that enforces policy is Apache-2.0, documented and yours to run. Trust in a governance layer that cannot be inspected is not trust.

Built for the whole company

Operations, finance, legal, HR, customer success and leadership are not an afterthought behind an engineering tool. They are who the coordination is for.
