The organizational layer for companies that employ AI

Your company hires AI.Memnox teaches it howthe company works.

Keep the AI workers you already use. Memnox gives them one shared understanding of your organization: what it knows, who may know it, who may do what and why, and the authority to act inside it.

Decision : ALLOW

Reason : Recursive force-delete is blocked for agents.

Policies : recursive-delete-protection

Withheld : block (this environment is only being monitored)

Two minutes, on your machine. Nothing is blocked on the first run, and there is no account to make.

Finance: Spend limits · two-person approval. Agent issues a refund, refund.issue · $40,000, attributed first (billing-assistant · Finance), is checked against the rule "refund-limit-10k": Refunds over $10,000 need two people to approve. The verdict is needs a human, and it is then applied across every connected system. The result joins a shared understanding currently holding 4 rules across 12 agents, which every later decision is measured against.

What it costs today

None of these four problems is new.
AI just made them happen faster than anyone can catch.

Every company already loses decisions, waves approvals through, holds rules that contradict each other, and leaves old access in place. It was survivable while the only ones acting on any of it were people.

Six months later

The decision is in a thread nobody can find.

A choice argued out in March governs the work being done in August, and the people doing it were never in the room. So it gets argued again from scratch, or quietly reversed by somebody who never knew it was made.

Memnox keeps every decision: what was decided, who owns it, what it replaced, and when it stops applying.

The fiftieth approval

Everything needs a sign off, so nothing gets read.

Send every action to a person and approving turns into a reflex. The safeguard is still on the org chart, and it has stopped catching anything.

Only what carries real exposure goes to a person, and it goes to whoever owns that decision rather than to whoever is most senior.

The day they collide

Two rules are in force and nothing says which one wins.

One team was told one thing, another team was told something else, and neither was ever withdrawn. Work then carries on with whichever version the person asking happened to find first.

Memnox says which one wins: the narrower rule, from the higher authority, set more recently. When nothing separates them, it says so instead of picking.

The day it is searchable

People can open far more than they were ever meant to see.

Access granted years ago was never a problem while nobody could search it. Ask a question in plain language and all of it becomes reachable at once.

Every fact is checked against who is asking before it is handed over, and the answer says plainly how much it held back.

And when somebody asks you to prove it?

Every action an AI worker takes is recorded beside the rule that allowed it and the person who owns that rule, in a chain nothing can edit later. Not a log somebody has to reconstruct. A record you can hand over.

Slack, GitHub, Salesforce, Notion and Google Drive feed one Memnox core, and Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, n8n and your own agents over MCP all read the same goals, owners, approval chains and limits from it.

Everything feeds one living graph of the business: goals, owners, decisions, authority. Every agent reads from it, nobody keeps a private copy.

Getting started

Three steps to an organization
that knows what should happen next.

No new place to work. No stack to rebuild. Start from what you already run, and every person and every agent works from the same understanding of the business.

Step 1

Start with what already runs

The systems your teams already work in, the agents already working alongside them, and events your own software sends. Nothing gets rebuilt or moved.

Step 2

The company keeps its own context

Goals, owners, approval chains, policies and past decisions become one understanding that every person and every agent reads from, each claim carrying who confirmed it and when.

Step 3

Work moves, and knows where to go

A signed contract fans out into billing, onboarding, engineering and leadership updates. Anything above somebody's authority is routed to them rather than guessed at.
